Daisy Daily for the Week of June 3, 2019

Daisy Friends,

Many, many thanks go to Ryan Percival for planning and executing another PERFECT Daisy Field Day last Friday! Huge gratitude also goes to EACH one of you for your individual part in making this day such a memorable and safe event for all of our students!  I've always said that Field Days at Daisy are the best anywhere because these special days are totally run by Daisy staff members.  Each one of you can be counted on to manage your special contribution and please know that these memories go down in history for our students, families and us.  Mother Nature played a large part as well in delivering a perfect weather day and for all of this, I am so grateful : )

We are expecting 100% staff participation as your feedback is so important!  The final date to submit this survey is Friday, June 7.  Please don't wait; do it now : )

The last three days of school feature dismissal at 1 pm, allowing time for certified staff to participate in planning meetings for next year, including articulation between grade levels.

Also, our end-of-year Staff Luncheon will take place on Friday, June 14, in the cafe as soon as students as dismissed.  ALL staff members are invited!

Report Cards are open now for teachers to submit grades and will go home with children on the last day of school.

Let's make each minute count!

Please let me know any concerns.

Thanks for everything!

Huge kudos to Jen Bellizzi for all the work she has done with our students all year long and for the fabulous performances she put together for our students in first-grade, second-grade and third-grade during the last two weeks.  She helped our students to showcase their talents and our families and friends were wowed!!!
We look forward to the fourth-grade evening concert coming up this week and the in-school concerts as well!!!
