Jenn and Emma presented at last week's
Early Childhood Forum re: EL Learning.
Daisy Staff,
We have a wonderfully full week ahead, but then, when don't we?
We'll see how many students stayed up late for the big game on Sunday and how timely arrivals are on Monday : )
ENJOY THE GAME!!!
Some important notes about the week ahead:
- Monday is our 100th Day of School. Let's plan on starting our "Good News Assembly" at 9:45 am as we have our special guest, Magician Bob Hale, joining us. We need to be completed by 10:45 am for K lunch. Thanks for your flexibility.
- Tuesday and Thursday are our Parent Teacher Conference Days with 1 pm dismissal. Please forward your conference schedules to the office so that we can field questions from families re: conference times. Please let me know any conferences that you'd like to have assistance with during that time. There will be snacks in the Staff Room during those afternoons to keep our energy levels up : )
- Thursday, Feb. 9, will also be PMT Training for our Special Area Teachers and additional district staff. This is an all day training; location TBA.
- Friday, Feb. 10, will feature PD for Sexual Abuse Prevention/Awareness Curriculum Writing for specific staff members.
- Marking Period 2 ends February 13.
