I do hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend!

What a week we had last week, culminating in so many fun activities at school on Friday night.  Be sure to check out our website/School Facebook  page for lots of fun photos!

Let's be ready for another full week ahead, featuring:

• Kick-off Assembly for Grades 3 and 4 today re: SBAC at 2:30 pm
• SBAC Testing starts on Tuesday.  PLEASE always check the Google document for the most up-to-date information.
• "Bike/Walk to School" on Wednesday at 8 am.
• We'll begin discussion of placement for next year at this week's team meeting. Please just come ready to discuss; I'll distribute placement cards at the meetings; I don't expect them to be completed yet.
• The Daisy Leadership Meeting has been moved to next Tuesday, May 17, due to the start of SBAC on May 10.

• 2:30 pm--SBAC Kick-Off Assembly for 3rd and 4th Graders in Cafe (Please have students pack up before assembly.)
• 3:00-4:00 pm--"Daisy Digger" Meeting
• Tuesday, May 10--"B" Day---SBAC Begins
• Recess on K-1-2 Playground moves to Grade 3-4 Playground during test sessions.
• Before/After School Care (Y) moves to cafe during two weeks of testing.
• 7 pm--BOE Meeting at WHS

• Wednesday, May 11--"C" Day
• 8 am--Spring "Bike/Walk to School." Students participating must be with an adult and wear a helmet if riding a bike.  They will meet in the Ted Lane Parking Lot at 8 am.  Led by Zack Hayden.  Ruth will be joining in and bringing up the rear : )  
• 10 am--Noon--Ruth to Admin. Council Mtg. at Central Office
• 1:30-2:30 pm--Grade 1 Team Meeting
• 3:15-4:15 pm--Department-Based PLCs; Agendas to be distributed
• 7 pm--Final Town Meeting re: Budget at Town Hall.  We encourage all town residents (especially staff) to attend this meeting to vote.  There is no referendum this year; only this in-person vote at this important meeting to pass the budget.
